<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact terminal device with a printer configured to reliably set a recording paper roll in a proper position. <P>SOLUTION: A paper cover 30 is attached to a housing with a display part 15 and an operation part 16, so as to be opened/closed, in order to set the recording paper roll 26 in the housing. A printer head 20 for performing printing on recording paper 23 drawn out from the recording paper roll 26 is arranged at a position corresponding to the display part 15 in the housing. A paper discharge port 24 for discharging the recording paper 23 from the side surface of the device is formed near the printer head 20. The paper cover 30 includes a pair of first guide parts 34 and a second guide part 35. The recording paper roll 26 is set in the device with the recording paper 23 supported between the first guide parts 34.
