<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring center system which improves the operation efficiency of an elevator by appropriately an executing operation of an elevator car when an elevator lobby or equipment is flooded due to wind or flood damage. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring terminal 7A for detecting the presence or absence of an abnormality is arranged at the elevator A, the elevator A has equipment provided at a shaft 21 and the elevator car 16, a control device 9A which controls the operation of the elevator car 16 according to the registration of an elevator gate call or an elevator car call, and an operation restricting device 8A which instructs the control device 9A to restrict the operation of the elevator car 16, and a monitoring center device 3 has a wind/flood damage information database 4 which records flooded floor information indicating a flooded floor and flooded equipment information indicating flooded equipment for each building subjected to wind and flood damage in the past and an operation instructing device 5 which instructs the operation restricting device 8A to operate the elevator car 16 based on the flooded floor information and the flooded equipment information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
