<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger getting on/off vehicle that prevents moisture from entering into a covering part through a connecting part between a back wall of a floor covering part and a front end of a stair covering part. <P>SOLUTION: The passenger getting on/off vehicle includes a carriage, and a boarding ramp supported by the carriage. The boarding ramp includes; a floor part fitted to a passenger doorway of an aircraft fuselage; a slope arranged at the back of the floor part and inclined upwardly toward the floor part; and a covering part covering the floor part and the slope. The covering part has a first covering part covering the floor part, and a second covering part inclined upwardly along the slope and covering the slope. The first covering part has a back wall arranged at its back. The back wall is configured such that the lower the part, the further forward it is inclined. The upper part of a front end of the second covering part is arranged downward with respect to the upper end edge of the back wall.
