发明名称 HIGH SPEED DRIVING STABILIZING METHOD FOR MOTOR DRIVEN VEHICLE
摘要 PURPOSE: A high speed running stabilization method of a motor drive vehicle is provided to perform an inhibitor abnormality corresponding logic which limits a driver's unconscious attempt to drive at high speed under an abnormal(fault or error) condition which is determined by the continuous checkups of the inhibitor, thereby increasing vehicle running stability by preventing torque of a motor from being increased when the driver's attempt to drive fast is determined as an abnormality by the inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: A high speed running stabilization method of a motor drive vehicle is composed of the following steps: the step of materializing a condition in which a fault flag set(Fault Flag=SET) is implemented when an inhibitor signal abnormality(fault or error) is checked during the running of a vehicle; the step of preparing a safety control which determines a target speed, which is the maximum speed of the running vehicle, corresponding to the acceleration required by the driver; the step of performing the safety control which delays a vehicle speed ascending response against the acceleration requirement of the driver by applying DF(Derating Factor) to reduce the amount of motor torque when the output of the motor torque is calculated by the requirement of the driver; the step of reaching the safety control in which the increase of the vehicle speed, which is implemented by the requirement of the driver, does not exceed the target speed; the performing a double safety speed control in which the maintenance of the target speed and the application of the DF are not released immediately when the normal recovery of an inhibitor signal is implemented; and the step of performing an inhibitor abnormality corresponding logic which is a normal control recovery step in which the target speed is released and the DF is setup as a value, and which is not related to the amount of the motor torque output, at the same time after the inhibitor signal is normally recovered.
