PURPOSE: A press working machine easily performing the replacement work of a mold without the need of a discrete transfer means is provided to automatically perform the replacement work of the mold and the direction reversal work of the mold, thereby reducing the waste of manpower for the replacement work of the mold and the direction reversal work of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A press working machine(1) includes a press unit(10), an idle jig(20), a shelf(30), a carrier(40), a transfer conveyor(50), a mold support plate(60), a reverse unit(70) and a control unit(80). The mold support plate, which is installed on the leading end of the transfer conveyor in a rotatable manner and is placed on the same surface with the mold transfer surface of the transfer conveyor, rotates a mold change position placed at the side of a lower mold and a standby position separated from the side of the lower mold. The reverse unit includes a main body(71) installed at one lateral side of a press main body, a gripper(72) being installed at one side of the main body in a rotatable manner and gripping the mold transferred by the transfer conveyor and a rotatory power provision means(73) connecting to one side of the gripper and providing rotatory power to the gripper, and moves between the reverse position at the side of the lower mold corresponding to the leading end of the transfer conveyor and the standby position separated from the reverse position. The control unit, which is installed at one side of the press main body, controls one of the idle jig, the mold support plate and the reverse unit to be placed at the lateral part of the lower mold. |
