PURPOSE: An alert alarming method using a portable terminal and a wireless tag and an alert alarming system using thereof are provided to enable one-to-one communication between a portable terminal and a wireless tag through an ad-hoc network without needing to implement a tracking server and to utilize the intensity of a signal for calculating the distance, thereby sounding an alarm to alert a person who carries the portable terminal by comparison of the distance and a threshold. CONSTITUTION: An alert alarming method using a portable terminal and a wireless tag comprises the steps of: receiving identification information from a wireless tag for every predetermined cycle through an ad-hoc network and detecting the intensity of the received signal(S110); converting the detected intensity of the received signal into a distance value(S120); and comparing the distance value to a threshold and sounding an alarm according to the comparison result(S140).
