PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an organic electronic device is provided to prevent a short circuit by coating a thick buffer layer between an organic layer and an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A mover injection layer(30) and an organic layer are coated on a substrate. A buffer layer(50) is coated on the organic layer. A first substrate is formed by a coating operation. An aluminum precursor solution is dropped or coated on a separated substrate. A second substrate is formed by the coating operation.
