<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing work delay by giving adequate notices according to users' behaviors. <P>SOLUTION: Information to be notified to a user, notification conditions, the user as a notification target, and notification destinations of an information processor 1001 and a portable terminal 1004 of the user are stored in a server 1002, and whether or not the notification conditions are satisfied is determined. If the conditions are satisfied, it is determined whether or not the user is in a room.
