<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for presenting a measurement result expressed as a vector by a plurality of output signals to a user as intuitively comprehensible visual display. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor array device is composed of a plurality of sensor elements having mutually different sensitivity for various smell components. A plurality of output signals from the device are respectively displayed on specific two-dimensional positions on a display screen. By observing a two-dimensional diagram, identification and mutual discrimination of an actual smell in which a plurality of smell components are mixed at different ratios can be extremely easily performed by graphic intuition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
