<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop antenna which can create sharp magnetic field distribution so that borders of a communication area is unambiguously set. <P>SOLUTION: A loop antenna 1 comprises a first conductor loop 11, and a second conductor loop 12 encompassing the first conductor loop 11.
