<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounted crystal oscillator capable of accurately recognizing that a crystal piece is totally accurately mounted with respect to a substrate when inspecting a mounting precision of the crystal piece with an image inspection. <P>SOLUTION: By forming recognition patterns 4, and 4a to 4d at a short side (the other short side) opposite to one short side at which connection terminals 3a and 3b of excitation electrodes 2a and 2b of a crystal piece are formed, the surface-mounted crystal oscillator is capable of recognizing that the crystal piece is mounted in a proper position on the basis of a relation of the recognition patterns 4, and 4a to 4d with respect to a support part 14 formed on a substrate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
