ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine which enables improvement of cooling performance of a rotor and increase in the amount of lubrication fluid to be supplied to a lubrication target disposed on the outer side of the rotor.

SOLUTION: A rotating electric machine 1 includes a winding rotor 11 and a magnet rotor 12 which are disposed coaxially. The magnet rotor 12 includes a rotor core 17 and end plates 18 installed at both ends in the axial direction of the rotor core 17, respectively. Mixed oil in which lubricating oil O and a coolant C are mixed is supplied to the magnet rotor 12 from the inner peripheral side. The end plates 18 include projecting portions 19 each having a side face 19b in the axial direction which is installed at a position away from the rotor core 17 and a side face 19a in the radial direction which is located on the lateral side of the rotor core 17. The projecting portion 19 includes: a storage portion 22 in which the mixed oil is stored; a first discharge passage 24 penetrating through the side face 19a in the radial direction; and a partition wall 23 disposed between the storage portion 22 and the first discharge passage 24 and projecting from the side face 19a in the radial direction to the radial inner side.
