<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeration transporting belt of a fiber bundle bundling device capable of maintaining the whole surface of the belt hard to be electrified, manufacturing a belt material without taking efforts and improving its durability. <P>SOLUTION: An aeration transporting belt 15 comprises a coated film 32 made of conductive polymer on the whole surface.
