PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually convert color and data using spectral reflectance.

SOLUTION: User PC10 converts a data group to a spectral reflectance parameter, and the converted spectral reflectance parameter is converted to CMYK data. Then, an inkjet printer 20 performs printing of a color patch based on the converted CMYK data. With respect to the printed color patch, a spectral colorimeter 70 measures spectral reflectance; a spectral reflectance parameter is determined from the spectral reflectance; and the parameter is converted to a data group.
