PURPOSE: A method for preparing novel sulglycotide is provided to shorten preparation process and to improve preparation yield and product quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing sulglycotide comprises: a step of hydrolyzing pig duodenum at 60-100 deg. C and pH 7.5-9.5 for 10-20 minutes; a step of removing floating matters generated after the hydrolysis by centrifugal dehydration or using drum filtration equipment; a step of performing ultrafiltation of a reaction solution in which the floating matters are removed; a step of adding protease to the filtered liquid; a step of performing ultrafiltration of the enzyme-reacted liquid and preparing glycopeptide; and a step of adding glycopeptides into a reaction solution containing organic bases and sulfur compounds; and a step of performing sulfur reaction and ultrafiltration and preparing sulglycotide. The protease includes papain, bromelain, protease, chymotrypsin, or trypsin. |
