WIRE HARNESS AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wire harness with bent parts that can be stably fixed at a relatively low cost, and to obtain a method of assembling a wire harness by which wire harnesses with various bent shapes can be assembled.

SOLUTION: Temporary setting is performed so that L-shaped bent parts 1C are provided to an electric wire bundle 1, and then, a UV hardening tape 3 is wound around an outer periphery of each bent part 1C in the electric wire bundle 1 and an outer periphery between the bent parts 1C and 1C to cover the electric wire bundle 1. Thereafter, the UV hardening tape 3 is irradiated with ultraviolet ray to shift the UV hardening tape 3 to a hardened state and complete a wire harness 10 having a structure that includes the electric wire bundle 1 with the bent parts 1C.
