摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A polymer waste recycling facility capable of reducing energy consumption in thermal decomposition, in which high frequency induction coils are independently operated per each section is provided to be independently replaced. CONSTITUTION: A reaction line(140) includes a reaction furnace(141), a screw(142), and a controller. High frequency induction coils are wound in the reaction furnace at a constant interval. Each of the high frequency induction coils can be independently heated. A temperature sensor providing sensed information to the controller by sensing the inner temperature of each region of the reaction furnace is arranged in a portion corresponding to the high frequency induction coils. A cavity is formed inside the high frequency induction coils, and cold water is circulated in the cavities so that the surface temperature of the reaction furnace is cooled. A noncombustible coating material(145) is coated on a first insulating material to cover the high frequency induction coils. Sub-high frequency induction coils(147) are embedded inside the screw.</p>
