<p>PURPOSE: An advertisement service system for supplying call advertisement and a method thereof are provided to expose callers to an advertisement before, during, and after a call when callers intensely concentrate on their calls, thereby increasing the effect of the advertisement and enhancing the concentration of smart device users. CONSTITUTION: If an advertiser terminal (30) is connected to a call advertisement service server (40), the call advertisement service server provides an advertisement template to the advertiser terminal (S10). The advertiser terminal requests the call advertisement server to make a call advertisement by inputting advertisement data (S12). After generating a call advertisement using the received advertisement data (S14), the call advertisement service server transmits the call advertisement to a receiver terminal (10) (S16). If the receiver terminal receives a call signal from a caller terminal (20) (S18), the receiver terminal indicates the call advertisement provided by the call advertisement service server (S20). The receiver terminal transmits advertisement exposure information to the call advertisement service server (S22).
