MULTI-FUNCTION MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multi-function microphone assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve sound quality by reducing the number of components and the size of a back plate. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function microphone assembly(100) comprises a microphone cell unit(110) and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly(120). The PCB assembly mounts components for a microphone function and components for an ear set function. The PCB assembly is connected with the microphone cell unit and comprises a PCB substrate(121), a conductive member(124), upper mount parts(120a), and lower mount parts. The PCB substrate forms a metal pattern in the upper side and a connection terminal in the lower side. The conductive member is adhered to the upper side of the PCB substrate and electrically connects the microphone cell unit and the PCB assembly. The upper mount components are mounted on the upper side of the PCB substrate. The lower mount parts are mounted on the lower side of the PCB substrate.
