PURPOSE: A fence pillar fixing installation method and a fence pillar fixing structure are provided to be stably supported against a strong external force. CONSTITUTION: A connection hole is formed at a curb(10) or a side(20) and is fixed to an anchor(30). A support frame(50) is fixed to the anchor and is connected to a U-shaped U bolt(70). One side of a fence pillar(1) penetrates penetration space formed by the support frame and the U bolt and is fixed to the ground.
