PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for realizing appropriate information provision (service recommendation) from the viewpoint of users.

SOLUTION: Multiple personal concierge devices 10a and 10b provide multiple user terminals 2a and 2b with service information relating to life event information that is estimated using a keyword extracted from each access history of the user terminals, and transmit the life event information, service specification information and a service provision frequency to a social concierge device 3 when a user uses the service information. The social concierge device calculates service ranking on the basis of a total of service provision frequencies received from the personal concierge devices and a total of service use frequencies, and transmits the service ranking to the personal concierge devices. The personal concierge devices provide the user terminals with concierge service through a portal screen generated by rearranging the service information in accordance with the service ranking.
