<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor drive apparatus that can estimate accurately instantaneous output torque of an electric motor despite an operation environment and match torque command to actual output torque regardless of parameter mismatch or the like of the electric motor due to temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The electric motor drive apparatus comprises an inverter control section 6 for controlling rotation output of an electric motor 3. The inverter control section 6 includes: a current detection section 7 for detecting current flowing into the electric motor; electric-motor parameter correction means for correcting parameters on the basis of a temperature detected at a temperature detection section 17 for detecting at least one temperature of ambient temperature, winding temperature, and field magnet temperature of the electric motor 3; and an output torque estimation section 15 for estimating instantaneous output torque using the currents detected by the current detection section 7 and the parameters corrected by the electric-motor parameter correction means 16. The rotation output of the electric motor 3 is controlled so that the output torque estimation estimated by the output torque estimation section 15 matches a torque command value given to the electric motor 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
