PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly amusing game control technique.

SOLUTION: The game device 10 includes: a time setting part 241; a matching request transmission part 242; a group information acquisition part 243; and a game control part 249. The time setting part receives the time to announce arrival. The matching request transmission part transmits the time set by the time setting part 241 to a management server for managing creation of a group composed of a plurality of game devices in which times in a prescribed time range from the set time are set, and requests assignment to the group. The group information acquisition part acquires information on the other game devices belonging to the group from the management server. The game control part announces arrival of the set time when the set time arrives.
