摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrophotographic organic photoreceptor, by which an uncured film can be sufficiently cured and thereby, a protective layer having high durability can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrophotographic organic photoreceptor includes a step of irradiating an uncured film formed on an organic photosensitive layer on a conductive support body with light to form a protective layer comprising a cured resin. A light irradiation device is used for light irradiation process, the device including: a light-projecting window for projecting light in a radially inward direction, the window disposed to surround a periphery of a workpiece conveyance passage space that is vertically extended; and a gas discharge port for discharging nitrogen gas in a radially inward direction, the gas discharge port disposed at a lower level position than the level position of the light-projecting window. The light irradiation process is carried out by projecting light from the light-projecting window in such a condition that a cylindrical workpiece having an uncured film formed on an organic photosensitive layer, in a vertically extended posture of the cylinder axis, is conveyed upward and that nitrogen gas is supplied from the gas discharge port, and the light irradiation process is repeated twice or more times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
