<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid snow removal vehicle which drives a rotary snow removal device by an electric motor and which prevents the occurrence of snow jamming by easily detecting an overload operation. <P>SOLUTION: A load of an electric motor 5 is monitored (S1), and an alarm buzzer is rung when the load becomes equal to or higher than a threshold A (S2). Additionally, a command value of a hydraulic pump 31 of an HST (hydrostatic transmission) is changed when the load of the motor increases and reaches a threshold B or above (S4). The command value of the pump is obtained by subtracting a value, which is obtained by multiplying a constant of proportionality by a value obtained by subtracting the threshold B from the present load of the electric motor, from the present command value.
