<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a movable contact having a novel structure in which conduction is effected in a wiring layer by heating, and replacement work can be readily performed. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet with a movable contact includes a substrate 10, a foam layer 20 (expansion layer) formed on the substrate 10, an electrode 30 formed on the foam layer 20, and an adhesive layer 40 formed outside of the foam layer 20 and the electrode 30 on the substrate 10.
