<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight magnetron magnetic circuit of stable operation in which distortion due to the magnetic circuit of a magnetron can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetron includes an anode formed of an anode cylinder 6 and a vane 7, a cathode consisting of a coiled filament 1, magnetic poles 9, 10 arranged vertically, annular permanent magnets 13, 14, and an input part and an output part. Magnetic circuit efficiency is enhanced by connecting these ring-shaped magnets and yoke materials integrally so as to eliminate the gap thereby reducing the leakage flux, thus stabilizing operation of the magnetron. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
