<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar arrangement design support device capable of checking a change process of bar arrangement, and to provide a method for supporting bar arrangement design, and a computer program. <P>SOLUTION: A bar arrangement design support device 1 detects interference of a reinforcement on the basis of bar arrangement information representing an arrangement of reinforcements in a building structure, and outputs reinforcement interference information representing the detected reinforcement interference. A structural-design engineer refers to the reinforcement interference information to set an interference resolution rule for resolving the interference of the reinforcements.
