PURPOSE: A surface solidification deep cement mixing method for recycling floating soil is provided to recycle floating soil without discarding or burying and to form entire soft ground including a surface layer into a high intensity underground structure. CONSTITUTION: A surface solidification deep cement mixing method for recycling floating soil comprises the following steps: digging soft ground to improve at predetermined width and depth; penetrating an auger casing into the ground to a designed depth; reversely rotating the auger casing to upwardly draw and mix with the soft ground at the same time while injecting a stabilizer; uniformly filling floating soil which is cumulated by drawing or pulling out the auger casing in the upper part of the soft ground; mixing the floating soil with a separate stabilizer which is made of a mixture of a solidification agent or cement based material with water; and compacting the upper part of the soft ground at a predetermined pressure.
