PURPOSE: A beam pattern control device of a car headlight by recognizing a traffic sign is provided to recognize a traffic sign on a road by using a camera, thereby automatically determining a driving direction rule corresponding to the road. CONSTITUTION: An operation execution command or a control command are input to a user input unit(10) by a user. A camera module(20) generates images by shooting the condition of a road which is ahead of a car. A headlight drive unit(40) controls a direction or an angle of a beam of a headlight according to a determined control signal. A control unit(30) controls a beam radiation pattern of the headlight based on a signal which is applied by the user input unit and the camera module. The control unit comprises a vision recognition module(31), a guidance message output module(32), and a headlight control module(33).
