PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of alumina based on recycled aluminum waste liquid is provided to obtain alumina of high purity by environmentally-friendly extracting boehmite from aluminum waste liquid. CONSTITUTION: Aluminum waste liquid is filtered using a filter. An inorganic solution and the filtered aluminum waste liquid are inputted into a reactor, and the pH value of the materials in the reactor are adjusted within 6.0 and 8.5. The materials in the reactor is treated with acid at a temperature of 60-100°C, and sediment with boehmite crystalline are obtained. The sediment is selectively separated. The selectively separated sediment is washed and dried. The dried sediment is thermally treated at a temperature of 500-1400°C under oxidization atmosphere, and alumina is obtained. The volume ratio of the aluminum waste liquid and the inorganic acid solution is 1:0.001 to 1:0.5. |
