RECYCLING APPARATUS OF WASTE ACID

PURPOSE: A waste acid recycle apparatus is provided to save an amount of LNG supplied to a burner by improving reactivity of pyrolysis oxidation reaction of animal husbandry by increasing exposure time in a range of reaction and an area of reaction by making a diameter of particles of animal husbandry. CONSTITUTION: A waste acid recycle apparatus includes an enrichment tower, a roaster and a spray nozzle(240). The enrichment tower enriches waste acid generated in a pickling process into enriched acid. Pyrolysis oxidation reaction in which the enriched acid transferred from the enrichment tower is decomposed into ferric oxide and hydrochloric acid gas in the roaster. The spray module is prepared in an upper part of the roaster and sprays the enriched acid transferred from the enrichment tower. The spray module includes a spray pipe(241) and a nozzle unit(245). The spray pipe has an enriched acid inlet(242) in which the enriched acid is flowed in and an air inlet(243) in which air is flowed in, respectively. The nozzle unit is prepared in the other side of the spray pipe and sprays a mixed mist of the enriched acid and air.
