The component (10) has a space delimited by a wall in which liquid i.e. ice washing liquid, spreads out, where the wall is made of an electrically conducting plastic material e.g. polyoxymethylene with metal particles. Two electrical connection devices are connected to a power supply source. The wall comprises an opening for filling the liquid in the space, and a hole to receive a pump unit (12) for circulation of the liquid in a liquid supply and/or distribution system (9).
