PURPOSE: A pellet, a granule, or a particle with a similar form thereof is provided to ensure a massage effect and to effectively remove skin waste as an ingredient of a cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A pellet, a granule, or a particle with a similar form thereof contains charcoal powder and a binder. The pellet, the granule, or the particle has an irregular form or a regular form. A method for preparing the pellet, the granule, or the particle of irregular form comprises: a step of adding activated charcoal powder to a fluidized bed coating system(rotor spray system) and spraying purified water to wet the activated charcoal powder; a step of spraying a primary coating solution onto the activated charcoal powder and coating the activated charcoal powder; and a step of spraying a secondary coating solution.
