PURPOSE: A communication method based on location information in a WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) system and a device thereof are provided to effectively control the transmission and reception of a wireless signal in a reception station based on location information by adding the relative location of the reception station to a preamble. CONSTITUTION: A transmission station(310) obtains the location information of a reception station(320). The transmission station determines location based control information based on the location information of the transmission station and the location information of the reception station. The transmission station transmits a preamble including the location based control information to the reception station and a data unit including data to the reception station. The reception station controls wireless signal transceiving priority for the transmission station based on the location based control information.
