PURPOSE: An imprint in-mold injection molding method is provided to manufacture an injection molded product in which vivid color of high quality is printed by forming a pattern in an imprint in-mold method after removing gas included in molten resin forming the injection molded product. CONSTITUTION: An imprint in-mold injection molding method comprises: a step of forming a pattern on the upper surface of a film layer; a step of inserting a film in which the pattern is formed to a mold; a step of supplying an injection molding raw material; a step of forming molten resin by heating the raw material; a step of discharging gas from the molten resin; and a step of injection molding the molten resin by injecting to the film layer inserted to the mold.
