PURPOSE: A camera module and a method for measuring the size of an object thereof are provided to correct the size of the object by multiplying measured line size by a correlation value according to focal length and angle of view which considers a factor due to a vanishing point. CONSTITUTION: An image signal processing part(110) processes an object image photographed by an image sensor(100). A sensing unit(130) senses the selection of a line of the object image displayed in a display unit(120). A size measuring unit(140) measures the size of the sensed line. A memory unit(150) stores a correlation value according to view of angle or focal length. A size compensation unit(160) compensates the line size by multiplying the measured line size by the stored correlation value.
