PURPOSE: A manual cutting device is provided to easily conduct effective mowing work with the operation of pushing and pulling to forward and backward and the gathering movement to left and right after scrapping in an upstanding state of a user without any driving force of an engine or motor. CONSTITUTION: A manual cutting device comprises a head plate (10); a streamlined shape blade plate (20) forming several V-shape of cutting blades on front and rear side of the head plate with processing the edge of the blade and arranged multiple to be connected each other; a sled edge type driving guider (30) which separated the streamlined shape blade plate from the surface; the scrap paper bag (40) combined to be able to control the angle on top end portion of the head plate; and an angle converting tool (50) which fixes the head plate to the scrap paper bag after rotating to left and right at an angle of ninety degree. |
