PURPOSE: A continuous loading and unloading device is provided to prevent the swerving of a belt conveyor by removing remaining water stagnated in loaded objects in a ship, and to prevent the loaded objects from being collapsed by the remaining water. CONSTITUTION: A continuous loading and unloading device comprises a rotary sprocket part(20), a rotation supporting part(50), a remaining water discharge part(80), and a driving part(70). The rotary sprocket part rotates by interlocking with a moving chain part for moving a bucket. The rotation supporting part rotates by being hinge-connected to the rotary sprocket part. The remaining water discharge part is installed in the rotation supporting part, and discharges the remaining water to the outside. The driving part rotates the rotation supporting part and the remaining water discharge part. |
