<p>PURPOSE: A transfer device for a rotary feeder of a continuous unloader is provided to reduce maintenance costs by preventing damage to a moving panel. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device(1) for a rotary feeder(20) of a continuous unloader comprises a prop part(90), a moving panel(100), a rotary support member(110), an interlocking member(120), and a movement detecting part(130). The prop part is installed along the circumference of the rotary feeder and loads articles(26) dropped from the rotary feeder. The moving panel moves along the prop part to transfer the articles in one direction. The rotary support member is connected to a rotary plate(24) of the rotary feeder. The moving panel is rotationally installed in the rotary support member. The interlocking member is extended to the lateral side of the moving panel and rotates with the moving panel on the rotary support member. The movement detecting part moves with the rotary plate and detects the movement of the interlocking member to transfer measured values to the control part.</p> |
