A cordless headset including the voice guidance function and a control method thereof are provided to easily inform the user of the error occurrence fact and error content by outputting announcement through the ear speaker. A Bluetooth module(10) comprises an RF module(11) and a baseband module(12). The RF module generates the electric wave for communication. The RF module outputs the baseband signal by receiving the generated electric wave from peripheral devices. The baseband module produces the Bluetooth communications signal according to the control of the controller(20). The Bluetooth communications signal is delivered to the RF module. The event signal is generated based on the signal delivered from the RF module. The event signal is delivered to the controller. A key input unit(30) comprises a plurality of key buttons. The key input unit produces the input signal according to the corresponding key button. The input signal is delivered to the controller. A storage(40) is the memory such as ROM and RAM. The storage stores the manual information required for the pairing process with peripheral device. The ear speaker(50) outputs the sound data like the voice processed by the controller.
