PURPOSE: A continuous purifying method of fish oil is provided to continuously obtain a purified fish oil with good quality of which color pigment and bad smells are removed in short time while removing fatty acid and bed smells. CONSTITUTION: A continuous purifying method comprises: a step of injecting carbon dioxide gas and fish oil into a reactor which comprises an extraction bath(E), a separation bath 1(S1) and a separation bath 2(S2); a step of transferring the fish oil in which color pigment is removed to the separation baht 1 while controlling time the fish oil remained in the extraction bath to 20-200 min; and a step of transferring the fatty acid and bed-smelling components to the separation bath 2 to remove the fatty acid and bed-smelling components.
