PURPOSE: A hybrid power generator using solar energy and wind power is provided to remove time and position limitation of a solar power generator and a wind power generator and to maximize the amount of power generation per a unit area with a simple configuration and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid power generator using solar energy and wind power comprises a body unit(10), a blade unit(20), a shift generating unit(50), and a solar cell unit(40). The body unit includes a rotary unit(12) and an air inlet(11). The rotary unit is driven according to a wind direction, and the air inlet suctions air from the outside. The blade unit is connected to the upper part of the body and discharges air suctioned by body, thereby forming a jet current on the surface of the blade unit.
