PURPOSE: A power disconnecting apparatus is provided to have an interlock connector on a repair cover, which is definitely separated at the event of repairing a battery, so as not to use a separate service plug, thereby disconnecting the whole powers in advance when the repair cover is removed and the interlock function is operated. CONSTITUTION: A power disconnecting apparatus consisting of components installed between a first body(10) and a second body(12) includes: a repair cover(40) coupled to the second body so as to cover a repair hole formed at the one side of the second body; a main body interlock connector(30) installed at an exposed part through the repair hole among spaces formed by the first body and the second body; and a cover interlock connector(50) installed on the repair cover, which also generates a signal by being coupled to or separated from the main body interlock connector.
