<p>The growth plate (1) includes a core made of an alveolar material and attached with two external layers (3). The external layers comprise two continuous plates, where one of the continuous plates covers an upper face of the core and the other continuous plate covers a lower face of the core, and external contact surfaces. The alveolar material is in a form of a honeycomb structure. The synthetic honeycomb structure is associated with a textile or non-woven synthetic material such as polyethylene, on the lower and upper faces to improve the connection with the external layers by bonding.
