<p>PURPOSE: Hard coat film, transparent conductive laminate, and a touch panel can improve hardness and thermal resistance of the hard coat film and prevent curling. CONSTITUTION: Hard coat film (1) includes a transparent base material layer of synthetic resin (2), a first hardcoating layer (6) formed on one side of this base material layer, and a second hardcoating layer (7) formed on one side of the first hardcoating layer, a third hardcoating layer formed on other side of the base material layer, and a high refractive index layer (35) formed on other side of this third hardcoating layer. A transparent conductive laminate comprises a transparent conductive layer (34) laminated on other side of a high refractive index layer.
