PURPOSE: A stencil for analyzing the deformation of a pipe-shaped material and a pattern forming method using the same is provided to enable accurate analysis of a curved material since an etching pattern is formed by adjusting the length of the stencil. CONSTITUTION: A stencil for analyzing the deformation of a pipe-shaped material comprises a separation film(1) and a frame(2). A plurality of holes(5) is formed in the separation film. The separation film has the shape of a sheet. The frame is formed at the rim of the separation film. The frame comprises soft material. The frame has bendability. |
