PURPOSE: A three-dimensional molded interconnection module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively extract gas included in molten resin for injection molding and to mold a three-dimensional molded product of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded interconnection module comprises: a step of supplying an injection molding raw material; a step of forming molten resin by heating the raw material; a step of discharging gas from the molten resin; a step of manufacturing the three-dimensional injection molded product by injection molding the molten resin; and a step of forming an electrode circuit in the three-dimensional injection molded product.
