PURPOSE: A double weave metal fiber fabric is provided to implement the ratio of maximal heating and minimal heating ratio(TDR) due to thick thickness and to control load and quantity of heat. CONSTITUTION: A double weave metal fiber fabric containing a heat resistant metal fiber comprises: an upper layer formed by weaving a first warp and a first weft; a lower layer formed by weaving a second warp and a second weft; and an additional stitching yarn which connects the lower layer with one or more of the first warp and the first weft, the upper layer with one or more of the second warp and the second weft, and the upper layer and the lower layer.
