PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pipe with corrosion resistance and impermeability and the pipe manufactured thereby are provided to improve productivity by reducing a process because a following process to form a laminating layer is not necessary by manufacturing a first weaving layer and a second weaving layer of a main body through a single process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pipe with corrosion resistance and impermeability comprises: a step of preparing a main body of the pipe made of a first weaving layer and a second weaving layer; a step of mounting the main body inside a cylindrical rotor and deforming to the liquid by melting the thermoplastic resin yarn of the first weaving layer; a step of forming a layer structure of a laminating layer(120) and a main body layer(110) with impermeability by cooling the first weaving layer; and a step of forming a reinforcing layer(130) on the surface of the laminating layer.
